Péter Bayer
CEO
Péter Bayer was born in 1980 in Hungary. He studied Civil Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Hungary. While finishing his master’s degree, he began to work as a construction manager and gained experiences in leadership through this.
Later on, he became a leader of the Project Leads Business department with a focus on leading the sales team in B2B cooperation. He has extensive experience in sales, education, marketing, business development, and the organization of professional events.
Even to this day, he continues his studies in project management, business coaching, and organisational development consultancy.
He has been dealing with innovation management since 2017, so he has considerable experience in starting new businesses, launching technological projects, research and development, venture capital acquisition, and market entry best practices.
In Bayer’s professional opinion, innovation equals teamwork, so he considers excellent cooperation to be of the utmost importance.
Péter Pomlényi
Head of R&D Department
Péter Pomlényi was born in 1968 in Budapest, Hungary. In 1992 he graduated in Master of Science in Engineering studies at the Technical University of Budapest, as a Chemical engineer-manager. In 1996 he obtained BSc Degree of Mechanical engineering in automotive industrial specialization from Széchenyi István University, Győr (Hungary).
He was working as a Research Engineer at Furukawa Electric Technology Institute, Budapest (Hungary) from 2001 to 2010. His professional work embraces development of plastic foams and foaming technologies, machine design, prototyping, mechanical and heat transfer simulations (rolling, deep drawing, mechanics of composites, modeling of the aging of soldering metals and grids of lead-acid batteries).
Between 2010 and 2017 he was the head of the Advanced Materials and Technologies group at Furukawa Electric Technology Institute, Budapest (Hungary). His management responsibilities ranged from identifying problematic issues of partners, setting up the optimal working group, planning, implementing and evaluating of R&D projects.
From January of 2018 to June of 2019 Peter works for evopro systems engineering Ltd. as a Research Engineer of a key development program, which is dedicated to T-RTM process with e-caprolactam in-situ polymerization for high series production of automotive components.
Currently Peter is the Head of R&D Department at HD Composite. He is working on the R&D program for T-RTM technology started by evopro and other projects initialized by customers.
Péter Molnár, PhD
Founder of HD Composite Zrt.
Péter Molnár was born in 1976 in Hungary. In 1999, he finished his BSc Engineering studies at Kecskemét University in Hungary, and in 2002, he obtained Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics (Hungary). He was working as a research engineer and continued his postgraduate studies at the University of Kaiserslautern (IVW, Germany). The topic of his PhD thesis was dedicated to the textile preforming techniques for LCM technologies. In 2007, he successfully defended his thesis and became a Doctor of Philosophy (Dr.-Ing.). As a CEO of the Sphere Consulting Kft. he was working on polymer technology R&D, innovation management and adult education programs. Dr. Molnár finished his business economy studies at the János Kodolányi University (Hungary) in 2011. From 2011 until the end of 2016 Dr. Molnár was working as a Technical Director at Nanotechnological Center of Composites in Moscow, Russia. He managed to develop many technical competences in various composite production techniques such as VA-RTM, SMC, Pultrusion, Filament winding, LFI and Injection Molding. The projects involved both pure R&D programs and high series production establishment with different ISO certification requirements. One of the most distinguished projects successfully led by Dr. Molnár was the GFRP composite city bus body development and production. This project was rewarded with JEC World Innovation Award in 2016. From 2016 till 2019 Dr. Molnár was working as a Vice-President of Bus and Composite divisions at evopro and IKARUS Egyedi groups, Hungary.
He is the CEO and founder of HD Composite Zrt.
